What are the shipping times for your products?
- We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours, sometimes this time can reach 48 hours. Your order will then be given to the carrier, and you will be delivered within 5 to 8 days. (Depending on the period, the promotions, and the transport service)
Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes, we do. We ship worldwide.
Where do we ship your product from?
- Our international warehouse is located in US. However, following our recent development, we plan to launch our next collections from a warehouse in the Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, which will allow us to deliver in France in less than 12 days.
I did not receive all the items in my order, what happens?
- Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
- We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a message via the contact form on the site and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
